How do I get an item embroidered?
1. Select the Embroidery tab at the top of the page.
2. Choose your font, thread color & number of lines you would like.
3. Then, type out which item you would like personalized & type out EXACTLY how you would like the embroidery to appear (Banks, BANKS, banks).
What are your care instructions?
To keep your Indy Baby closet staples looking their best and ensuring their quality, please machine wash items in cold water with like colors, & do not bleach. Hang dry & feel free to use a warm iron or steamer, if needed!
What are your clothing items made of?
Certified organic cotton.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Return & Exchange Policy: Unused, unworn, and unwashed items with tags attached may be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns, but if you have an issue please let us know. We'll do what we can to make it right!

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship 2-5 business days after purchase date. Please note that personalized orders may take up to 10 days to ship.
